The Perfect Man by ChatGPT is a study in the creation of AI generated art using AI generated text prompts

ChatGPT was asked to describe the "perfect man" in a given time period. 26 time periods total were included, from prehistory to the future. The verbatim text response was then used as input for AI text-to-image creation with MidJourney

15,000 images were generated (600 per time period) and, of those, 10 images were randomly selected for each time period using a random number generator. This was done to minimize human bias. In essence, the only human action required was ctrl-x from ChatGPT to ctrl-v to MidJourney. Fat pudgy human fingers of a work monkey were required to facilitate the AI-to-AI process, which may foreshadow the eventual endpoint of AI

The physical manifestation of the "perfect man" shows minimal variability over time periods...with only minimal diversity emerging in the 2nd half of the 20th century
