This is the record of 53-days litter-picking in Osaka, Japan. On Thu, 15th Sep '22, I was shocked by a lot of litter on a beautiful beach in Osaka.

Since the very next day, Fri, 16th Sep '22, a project of litter picking and making art by using the photos taken in litter picking was started. Those arts were uploaded on SNS with noting the detail of litter to reveal what kind of products were slown in my town, in Japan.

This activity was done for 53 days -since Fri, 16th Sep to Mon, 7th Nov -. ※In Japanese, we say litter GOMI and 53 is pronounced "GOMI" so this is just a pun on a word.

This collection's mission is to make a new value on the act of "Wasting" ,which has been the state of being disregarded or forgotten since the capitalism became conspicuous.

At present, the capitalism gives the value only on "Making and Selling" If the society acknowledge another value of "Wasting", we could proceed to sustain our nature.
