An inspiration borrowed from the concept 'Americana', UNST Artists Collective is proud to present ‘Evolution Aseana’, a curation of heritage from 11 Malaysian artists.

The theme touches on quintessential concept of 'home' as seen by each artists on a personal level, taking inspiration from objects, games, buildings, attire, myths and legends that was once familiar growing up, but now forgotten. A visceral sensation at the back of your mind , that unmistakable longing and nostalgia that sometimes manifest themselves as déjà vu. We strive to encapsulate the journey away from home not only by spatial physicality, but also temporal passage of time.
