The purpose of my work is to bring light to colored people, essentially a spin on the term "Colored Only" that constantly kept us in a box. The term might no longer be used today but still, we are controlled in that same box. I wanted to draw people of color in a light that doesn't remind us of past trauma but leave with a sense of serenity and grace. This is an infinite collection of 1/1s meaning there isn't a point where I will stop drawing my people in that light. I hope everyone who comes across this enjoys the journey.
