The CHURN is canvas created by Nature mimicking and reflecting my emotional state at that point in time when I framed it.

These responses make us feel overwhelmed. The whirlwind of emotions inside leads us to experience massive changes in our mood and we get into a situation wherein we cannot tell what will happen next. The Emotional Churn not only impacts us mentally and psychologically, but also plays a great role in our future actions.

During these moments of the Churn, if we take some time to relax, sync with nature, focus ourselves on being in present, and allow the storm inside to settle, we can find light at the end of the tunnel. This whole churning process can help us transform into stronger and better individual.
