I created Struggle Bus to normalize imperfections, strangeness, humanness, and playfulness. All 65 hand-drawn OG Strugglers were made with intention & joy.

My goal is to inspire the community to express themselves authentically & unapologetically through the medium of storytelling.

The art of storytelling is the foundation of the Struggle Bus project. It's in our fabric to connect through stories; some of our deepest bonds, experiences, and learnings have stemmed from storytelling. The power of unity manifests when a story is shared; we identify, sympathize, and recognize the similarities within our lived experiences.

I was thoroughly amused while creating each quote and character because I was reminded of our interconnectedness and uniqueness. I hope these characters bring you as much joy and humor as they've brought me.
