The idea of the music industry transformed from what it was, to musicians using the platform to show off their status and income rather than empowering. These high standards for people, was a lot of pressure to live up too. People who do work hard , towards their goals feel a lack of satisfaction as the music they listen to leads them to believe they’re not good enough until they are at the artist’s level of success. I honestly believe that music now has two outcomes- its either you ripen like an actual fruit and grow till you have a fruitful outcome or you become a plastic illusion of a fruit and forever remain at that same level of perception. The difference between real fruit and artificial fruit is that real fruit is bought and consumed for benefit, while the artificial showcases a facade.
