Flowers NFTs - Mental Health NFT

This collection was prompted by the death of a close friend who had been battling with mental illness a few days before World Mental Health Day. Launching this collection became a personal mission to raise awareness, destigmatise mental health to promote a safe space for the community to support each other’s mental well-being.

Proceeds will contribute towards mental health initiatives serving people on the ground in Afghanistan through #StandUpForUnityNFTs, and will be used to promote creative therapies as part of a wider mental health awareness program.

Scientific studies have shown flowers have been found to improve mental and physical well-being. Flowers trigger positive feelings, relieves stress by reducing the cortisol level.
